Data protection at a glance:
The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
This privacy policy informs you about what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have regarding your data.
2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as the type and purpose of use
2.1 When visiting the website
When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected by the hosting provider:
IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of the request
Name and URL of the page accessed
Referrer URL (the previously visited website)
Browser and operating system used
This data is collected for technical purposes to ensure the security and stability of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other data sources.
2.2 Use of our contact form
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we store the following data:
name
E-mail address
Telephone number (if provided)
Content of the message
This data will be stored solely to process your request and subsequently deleted unless there are legal retention obligations (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
2.3 Data processing in the context of personnel consulting
As part of our HR consulting services, we collect and process the following personal data:
Applicant data: name, contact details, CV, qualifications, certificates, professional experience
Company data: name, contact person, position, contact details
This data is processed to carry out our consulting services and to mediate between candidates and companies (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Applicant profiles will only be forwarded to potential employers with your prior consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
2.4 Applicant pool and F*D/Match
Applicants can voluntarily register for our talent pool. Data will only be stored with express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). This consent can be revoked at any time.
Data in the talent pool will be deleted after two years at the latest, unless renewed consent for further storage is given.
3. Transfer of data to third parties
Your data will only be passed on in the following cases:
To potential employers (only with your express consent)
To IT service providers who operate our systems (contract processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR)
To authorities, if there is a legal obligation
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising purposes.
4. Storage and deletion of data
Your personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the respective purposes.
Applicant data: 6 months after completion of an application process, unless consent has been given for longer storage in the talent pool.
Customer data: 6 years after termination of the collaboration (tax and commercial retention obligations).
Server log files: 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
5. Ihre Rechte als betroffene Person
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request a copy of the data stored about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): If your data is incorrect or incomplete, you can request a correction.
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request the erasure of your data, provided there are no legal retention obligations.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): If you wish to restrict processing, you can request this.
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): If you would like to receive your data in a structured format, you can request this.
Right of objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to the processing of your data if we rely on a legitimate interest.

6. Security of data processing
